On December 4 of 2014, Michael QU and Anson Shen attended the 2014 ULI Mainland China Winter Meeting. Michael addressed as a guest speaker in the Product Council Meeting on the topic of “ Hospital and Senior Care Facilities Development and Investment”.
During the presentation, Michael, from the prospective of legal complexity of Senior Care Facility, provided insights into and analysis on legal issues related to land law, market entry and corporate structure, preferential treatment and the operational risks arising through the project development of senior living community. The speaker list includes industrial experts from McKinsey& Co., Beijing CLCS Health and Technology, Vanke Shanghai and Perkins+Will Architecture, etc. In the group discussion and Q&A session, the attendees actively interacted with Michael, which highlights the attendees’ interests in this topic.
