In mid-November of 2014, four partners of our Firm, Michael Qu, Annie Wang, Flora Lu and Anson Shen visited a couple of Senior Living Communities in Los Angeles and San Francisco of California, U.S. During the tour, we visited several typical Senior Living Communities in the U.S., product types ranging from CCRCs, independent condominiums, Assisted-living facilities and professional Alzheimer care institutions, etc. Through site visit and in-depth exchange of view with high-level manager of the operators of these communities, our partners had a comprehensive understanding to the US’s mechanism of investment structure, operation model, management system, market operation, profit mode and professional training, which has been developed for a long history.
