On April 24, 2013, Michael Qu was invited by the China’s Legal Training Center to participate a lecture on the topic of the practice on development and operation of commercial and industrial real estate and real estate equity fund. In this three days’ event, Michael delivered a lecture on legal practice and risk management for the development of commercial real estate and lease agreement drafting. Mr. Qu shared with over 80 practitioners in respect to the legal issues and practical technique on development, operation, finance and lease management of commercial real estate, based on his professional experience in the area.
