Ms. Cherry Zhao's main areas of practice are civil and commercial law and intellectual property. She is specialized in corporate law, economic law and other corporate-related matters and she is familiar with the operation and management and asset operation of enterprises. She is good at dealing with litigations and arbitrations on a variety of commercial dispute cases. She has extensive experience in working in enterprises as in-house counsel and the People’s Court before becoming a full-time lawyer. She currently represents a couple of well-known multinational corporations, internet enterprises and advertising agencies as their long-term counsel.
